When you book an inspection, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the pest you selected, and the description you write. Nothing more is gathered from you behind the scenes.
We rely on this information to reach you, plan the inspection, and provide an accurate quote. Your details stay with us; we do not trade or sell them, and no outside firm receives them for advertising.
Booking records remain on file for as long as you are an active customer and for up to 36 months afterward, so service history stays available, before being erased.
At any point you may ask to view, amend, or fully delete the personal details we hold. Consumers with rights under CCPA-style regulations are welcome to make the same requests. Contact office@rusticwindpest.com and we will act on it promptly and free of charge.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures guard the details you submit, and only staff involved in scheduling your service can see them.
